Portable Food Service Unit

A portable food service unit may
obtain a permit if the plans have been approved by
Harris County Public Health and Environmental
Services. Please note new regulations regarding
portable food service units may be found at
www.hcphes.org. The following must be provided
to obtain a permit for a food service unit:
- An accurate site plan.
- A completed application.
- Approved plans from Harris
County Public Health and Environmental Services.
- Current tags/license.
