Commercial Development Informal Review
|
|
|
New Development Requires:
- Two Copies of
Civil/Architectural Plans.
- Project number of Approved
Architectural /Civil Plans if applicable.
- Storm Water Quality permit
(if applicable).
- Septic Permit for
development(s) utilizing individual on site
septic systems .
- All entrances require
permits – Culvert sites must be marked and
staked prior to culvert sizing.
- Notarized Affidavit - Notice
of Detention Affidavit is required for detention
ponds not maintained by HCMUD/HC/HCFCD.
Notarized Fill Affidavits are also required for
fill brought on to site and cut and fill
projects (grading, leveling, clearing and
grubbing).
- Health Department Approval
for eateries and portable food units,
www.hcphes.org.
- Elevation Certificate(s) for
developments located in the 10, 100, 500 year
(Flood Plain).
- Engineered Foundation
Drawings with Harris County Flood Plain Notes.
- Scouring Analysis/Soil
Report for development located in the floodway.
- Hydraulic Analysis for
development located in the floodway.
- A completed Commercial Permit Application is required.
Existing Commercial Site with New Development Requires:
- Two Site Plans or Surveys
(to scale) showing all proposed improvements
including driveways and existing septic
location.
- Completed Application.
- Two copies of approved
Architectural Plans (Harris County Design and
Compliance Sheet for Fire Code).
- Septic Permit for
development(s) utilizing individual on site
septic systems .
- Health Department Approval
for eateries.
- All entrances require
