The Compliance and Environmental Inspections Section objective is to enforce the Harris County Rules and Regulations regarding Storm Water Quality, On-Site Sewerage Facilities, Floodplain Management, Driveways and crossings within Harris County easements and rights-of-way, Infrastructure and Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, and Harris County Toll Road Signage.  Enforcing the rules and regulations will prevent costly repairs to the Harris County Infrastructure, damages to public and private property due to flooding and maintain pristine conditions within Harris County's waterways.
