Policy Affecting CPC-101 Expirations
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If an applicant has a plat in our possession
and there is a risk that it will not be promoted to Commissioners’ Court
prior to the expiration of the
CPC-101, an EOA must be filed in a timely
manner with the City of Houston.
Chapter 42 allows for a single one year
extension. Accordingly, if your
final plat has not been promoted to
Commissioners’ Court for action prior to
the expiration of your EOA, you will be
notified in writing and your plat
will be returned to the City of Houston for
further disposition. Should this
happen, you will be required to submit a new
application for said plat with
the City of Houston.
We acknowledge there are approximately 10
plus days between (a) our deadline,
(b) when a plat goes to Court and (c) when
the plat is officially recorded,
just know that those ten (10) plus days are
the only “grace period that will
be extended." |
