Welcome to the New Acceptance Website!

• With the new site, you can:
• View all subdivision plats that are eligible for acceptance and to which your company is associated.
• Request an inspection online.
• Upload documents required in the inspection process.
• Provide or update company and contact information for all engineers, developers, and contractors involved in your project.
• View complete history of the plat as it has progressed through the acceptance process, including details on its current status.
• View an inspection package, to see the detailed inspection results.
• Without an account, you can:
• Search all proposed acceptance projects by plat name or plat number.
• View some of the detailed information about the project.
• If you have an existing online account for the new plan review site, it will work with this website as well. Otherwise, you will NEED TO REGISTER for an online account even if you already have an existing acceptance account with the County.
• Each company will have the ability to manage their own users, adding and deactivating personnel directly, online.
• You may use this form to Register for a new account by submitting Company information and Contact information for the designated Master User.
• Harris County will generate the Master User account and email the password to the designee.
• The Master User can then log onto the web site and add or deactivate specific users.
• We appreciate your cooperation in our effort to improve the process and look forward to providing you with continued service from the Harris County Permits Group.
