Express applications are used primarily by production home builders.  They are used for single family homes in subdivisions that meet the following criteria:

• The entire subdivision including reserves must lie outside of any Special Flood Hazard Area.
• There can be no LOMR's, CLOMR's, LOMA's or variances on the property.
• All driveways must connect to publicly maintained Right-of-Way. Public alleys are not in the public Right-of- Way.
• All properties must be connected to either a community maintained or a publicly maintained sanitary sewer system.
