Harris County Right of Way Division
The Harris County Right of Way (ROW) Division has a multitude of functions. First, ROW assists property owners with questions regarding abandoned or unused county or public road easements. Second, we handle the appraising and negotiations of land acquisitions needed for public projects. And third, we process right-of-way abandonments and the sale of surplus county-owned land.
