Property for Bid/Auction

Here you will find information on Harris County’s properties that are “For Sale”.  This is the Public’s source for information pertaining to Harris County’s surplus properties to be sold by auction.

 

Auctions are open to the Public.  They are conducted by either a Public Auction held at the property or by a Sealed Bid process.  A current appraisal of the property to be auctioned sets the minimum bid amount before the auction.  Please note that minimum bids stated below are based on appraisals that may need to be updated to reflect the current market and that all sales are subject to final approval by Harris County Commissioners Court.

 

Bid packages can be picked up at Right of Way’s office located at 10555 Northwest Freeway (US 290), Suite 210, Houston, Texas 77092 between the hours of 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of designated holidays.
